Allowed

• Honest ratings and opinions, including negative ones
• Descriptions of your personal experience
• Constructive criticism of how an org is run
• Questions about recruitment, time commitment, and dues
• Factual corrections with supporting evidence

Not allowed

• Violent threats of any kind, including death threats
• Attacks or hate speech targeting people based on religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
• Threatening or harassing specific individuals
• Posting someone's private personal information (doxxing)
• Defamatory statements about private individuals presented as fact
• Impersonating a member, officer, or organization
• Spam, repeated duplicate posts, or coordinated rating manipulation
• Content targeting individuals based on protected characteristics
• Illegal content of any kind

What we protect

We generally do not remove reviews solely because an organization finds them uncomfortable. Critical reviews are a core part of what makes this platform useful. Organizations may report content, but reports do not automatically result in removal.

Use the report button on any rating, review, or post to flag content that may violate these guidelines. Our moderation team reviews all reports.
